Terms of Service

By creating an account, connecting a store or using ProfNerve, the merchant agrees to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement. The service provider is Carlos Bondia Casino.

ProfNerve connects to merchant-authorised ecommerce and advertising platforms to calculate metrics, identify risks and opportunities, and generate business recommendations. The merchant remains responsible for commercial decisions and for checking recommendations before acting on them.

Merchants must provide accurate information, protect credentials, connect only accounts they are authorised to manage, comply with law, and maintain a lawful basis for personal data supplied to ProfNerve.

The service must not be used to violate law, third-party rights or platform policies; gain unauthorised access; distribute malware; interfere with the service; or process data outside the purposes described in these documents.

Third-party platforms may change, restrict or revoke API access.ProfNerve is not responsible for third-party outages or inaccurate source data, but will surface known limitations and avoid presenting unavailable data as reliable evidence.

ProfNerve provides analytical decision support, not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. No specific revenue, profit or business result is guaranteed.

Merchants may disconnect integrations or stop using the service. Access may be suspended for security threats, unlawful use, material breach or non-payment once paid plans are active. Data is handled after termination under the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProfNerve is not liable for indirect losses, results based solely on unverified recommendations, or failures caused by third-party platforms. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law without limiting mandatory rights applicable elsewhere. Questions can be sent to privacy@profnerve.com.
