1. Who is responsible

2. What the browser stores

Cookies are small values sent with requests. Local and session storage remain in your browser. The following inventory covers storage used by this release; not every item is set on every public visit.

3. Optional measurement

Vercel Web Analytics is loaded only after you allow it and only for allowlisted public pages. It records aggregate page visits and technical context such as device, browser, approximate location and referrer. Vercel describes visitor identification through a request hash discarded after 24 hours, without tracking cookies. It is not advertising or session replay.

ProfNerve excludes authenticated product routes and strips query parameters and URL fragments before sending page views. Vercel custom events remain blocked. With your current permission, ProfNerve separately counts contact-button clicks and accepted walkthrough requests by UTC day, fixed event and public page. These counters contain no names, emails, store addresses, request IDs, form values or visitor profiles. They are private server aggregates, retained for up to the preceding year when new counts are recorded; no new browser storage is used. Anti-abuse protection uses the existing short-lived keyed IP buckets separately from these counts. Previous page-view-only acceptance is renewed explicitly for this expanded purpose; an existing rejection remains effective. No Meta, Google Ads or TikTok advertising pixels are installed by this code. Connecting those providers for analysis is a separate authorized service.

4. Change your choice

Use Privacy preferences in the footer to allow or reject optional analytics at any time. Necessary only works equally well for browsing and enquiries. Withdrawal stops future measurement; it does not remove statistics already collected. If storage is unavailable, the choice lasts for the current page session. Clearing browser storage resets the choice and can sign you out or remove saved preferences.

5. Other providers and changes

Shopify and advertising authorization pages, and Stripe checkout or billing portals, run on their providers’ domains and use their own policies. Hosting security logs are separate from optional browser analytics. Review our Privacy policy for service providers, rights and contact. Adding other trackers requires a new inventory and consent review before activation.
