Server-side checks and database access policies restrict merchant data to the account that owns it.
Data with a defined purpose
Order and customer statistics support merchant analysis. The current Shopify audit does not request customer names, addresses, phone numbers or email addresses.
You remain in control
Authorization takes place with the connected platform. Recommendations support your decisions; the service does not automatically edit your store or advertising budgets.
Disconnect and request deletion
Credentials are removed when a connection is disconnected or revoked. Personal data associated with a disconnected Shopify store is deleted or anonymized within 30 days, subject to the exceptions in our privacy policy.
